Fried Brussels sprouts, lemon-garlic dressing, dressed kale, shaved Asiago, pickled mustard seeds, roasted almonds.

Beef Carpaccio (gluten-free, dairy-free)
Oulton’s eye of round, red onion jam, pickled mustard seed, rosemary oil, kettle chips.

Scallop Ceviche (gluten-free, dairy-free)
Lemon-lime cured local scallops, pickled shallots, red chilies, cilantro oil, cucumber, fried ginger crisps.

Arancini (vegetarian)
Fried shiitake mushroom risotto rounds, chermoula (herb oil), tomato-basil polpa, Old Growler.

Main (Choice of):
Gnocchi Due Formaggi (vegetarian)
Handmade potato gnocchi, smoked Gouda mornay, spiced Asiago crumble, cracked black pepper.

Pork Belly (gluten-free, dairy-free)
Sous-vide & roasted Oulton’s pork belly, crispy potato pavé, fig & strawberry coulis, apple & roasted garlic chutney, lemon zest.

Shrimp Cappelletti (dairy-free)
Handmade cappelletti, caramelized fennel & shrimp filling, arrabbiata sauce, seared tiger shrimp, fennel lemon slaw.

Annapolis cheese custard, sweet biscuit, blueberry compote, candied lemon.
