Ataraxy Farm is a place where visitors can slow down, spend time with animals, and enjoy a slower pace of life. This therapy farm's peaceful atmosphere is reflected in its residents, from roaming barn cats and chickens to the horses, donkeys, and goats that call the property home.

What to Do Here

You’ll likely see the barn cats when you arrive, along with the farm’s chickens and roosters. If you’re lucky, one particularly friendly rooster may even let you hold him.

Spend some time with the horses and donkeys, which can be fed apples and carrots provided by the farm.

Then, head into the goat enclosure to watch the goats play, interact, and occasionally butt heads. Many are happy to wander over for a scratch between the horns. Keep an eye out for the friendly farm dogs, including one who never turns down a good belly rub.

If there are baby goats around, they may wander over to investigate, nibbling at shoelaces, clothing, or hair while soaking up attention from visitors.

Take your time, enjoy the company of the animals, and embrace a slower pace for the day.
