Photos and video content submitted must meet the following criteria to be included in the Media Hub:
✅ LABELLED CORRECTLY
Each image should be labelled with the member business, and subject of the image.
No credit required and free to use.
Content must be relevant to the member’s business, and recognizable as such.
✅ HIGH RESOLUTION
Hi-res images are at least 300 pixels per inch (ppi)

✅ .JPG or .PNG format
✅ LIMITED TO 10 PIECES
Members may upload up to 10 images or videos. If more than 10 pieces of content are uploaded, we will select 10 from those available.
✅ PHOTO CONTENT must be free of logos or writing (i.e. NOT an ad).
✅ VIDEO CONTENT can be an ad/commercial or b-roll.
HOW TO SEND US YOUR CONTENT:
STEP 1: Go to the Discover Halifax WeTransfer page: discoverhalifax.wetransfer.com
STEP 2: Transfer your files! Here’s a helpful article with instructions on sending files using WeTransfer.
NOTE: Sending files via LINK instead of EMAIL is preferable, however both methods are acceptable.
