About This Experience

Your trip to Halifax's Eastern Shore can easily been filled with places to stay, eat and things to do that are sustainably conscious. Scroll on to read the full itinerary.

Stay

Lawrencetown Lodge is home to several cozy log cabins that offer guests a secluded, backcountry experience with modern comforts. The log cabins were all recently built, and you’ll be welcomed by the woody smell of cedar when you step inside. Each cottage is tucked away into the trees with its own private wood-fired hot tub, free of chemicals and drained, cleaned and refilled with fresh water for each new reservation.

Do & Eat

Nearby activities include surf lessons with East Coast Surf School, experiencing a wildlife rehabilitation center at Hope for Wildlife, boosting your mood by hanging with therapy goats at Ataraxy Farm, hiking the Atlantic View Trail, or relaxing with a coffee at Lawrencetown Beach Café.
