Seared Scallops: Seared scallops finished with an orange ginger glaze, topped with crispy showstring potatoes 

Beef & Veg Skewers: Grilled beef, onion, pepper, mushroom skewer brushed with an Asian BBQ sauce 

Mains (choose 2):

Bacon wrapped pork tenderloin: Almond, spinach, parmesan stuffed bacon wrapped tenderloin. Served with sautéed butternut squash, sweet and white potato 

Beef Stroganoff Linguine: Sautéed mushroom, caramelized onion and beef in a cream sauce with a dollop of crème fresh 

Butter Chicken: Marinated chicken in a Tikka tomato curry sauce. Served with basmati rice and grilled naan.
