The Curio Collective Halifax Vintage Show
Held several times a year, including the popular Curio Collective Vintage Christmas Show, this event brings together a carefully curated mix of vintage vendors under one roof. You’ll find clothing, décor, dishware, paper goods, and other unique treasures displayed across beautifully arranged tables and booths.
The atmosphere is relaxed and welcoming. Most vendors accept tap or card, but it’s a good idea to have some cash on hand. Many shows also feature a coffee bar or snack station, so you can sip, nibble, and browse local vintage finds at your own pace.
The show is created and hosted by @whattheseoldthings, a beloved name in Halifax’s vintage community.
The Funky Flea: Halifax
This classic, old-school flea market held in The Exhibition Centre brings together 100 to 150 vintage vendors, creating the feel of a giant antiques collection. You’ll find everything from collectible cards and sports memorabilia to teacups, curiosities, and other nostalgic treasures.
A coffee and homemade baked goods stand on-site makes it easy to enjoy a treat while you browse. Most vendors accept tap or card, but it’s wise to have some cash on hand too.
South End Vintage Markets
South End Vintage Markets brings together around 40 vendors, each with their own booth or space to showcase unique finds. Shoppers can browse clothing, shoes, antiques, vintage frames, and more.
Entry is just $2, and kids get in for free. While there is no food on-site, the warm and welcoming atmosphere makes it a perfect spot to spend an afternoon hunting for local treasures.
The market takes place in the Dalhousie Student Union Building and is organized by @esmeandevee, the owners of their eponymous vintage store on Agricola Street.

Spread over two floors in a converted North End house, Halifax Vintage Co-op (HVC) is a collaborative vintage and antique shop featuring more than 20 of Nova Scotia’s top vintage vendors who regularly bring in new finds. Most of the housewares and antiques are displayed on the main level, while the upper floor is filled with racks of curated vintage clothing. The diversity of vendors and the wide variety of merchandise contributed to HVC winning Halifax’s Best New Business of 2025 as voted by readers of The Coast. Located near other shops like Esmé & Evee Vintage & Preloved, it makes for a great destination to start an afternoon exploring the North End’s vintage scene.
Fun facts: HVC sells around 1,900 items a month and vendors restock weekly and the folks at the front counter are volunteers.
KingsPIER Vintage
Located in a historic downtown Halifax building, this two-room shop is a true treasure trove for vintage lovers. This cozy little shop is truly a hidden gem, tucked inside the home of its owner, Margaret. A separate entrance leads into a single room, sometimes extending into her garage, filled with centuries-old furniture, antique dolls, estate costume jewellry, vintage teapots and plate sets, and curios from around the world. From floor to ceiling, the shelves overflow with treasures Margaret has lovingly collected over decades. Although the shop is small, it is the kind of place where you can easily lose track of time, browsing each piece and hearing the stories behind them.
