2:30pm – 3:30pm – Drive back to Downtown Halifax

Day 2 – Eastern Shore Region

8:00am – 9:00am – Drive from Downtown Halifax to the Eastern Shore region to experience Martinique Beach

9:30am – 12:30pm – this beach is known for its length and gorgeous sand… Martinique Beach is actually the longest sandy beach in Nova Scotia!

1:00pm – 2:00pm – Before coming back to Downtown Halifax, stop by Fisherman’s Cove for looks of awesome seafood joints! 2:30pm – 3:30pm – Drive back to Downtown Halifax

Day 3 – Peggy’s Cove Coastal Region

8:00am – 9:00am – Drive from Downtown Halifax to the Peggy’s Cove Coastal Region to experience Crystal Crescent Beach!

9:30am – 12:30pm – Known for aqua coloured water and soft sand, enjoy this beach by walking, lounging or swimming!

1:00pm – 2:00pm – Before leaving this region, stop by the Pavia Gallery Espresso Bar & Cafe for a bite!

2:30pm – 3:30pm – Drive back to Downtown Halifax

Katie’s BEACH ESSENTIALS:

  • A good book (something light)
  • Her dog (as long as they are allowed!)
  • A hat (it’s easiest to read that way!)
  • Snacks (let’s be honest, I don’t go anywhere without snacks)
  • A friend of significant other (it’s just nice to have the company!)
  • And the usuals: beach bag, towel, sunglasses and sunscreen!
