Are you always on the hunt for the next killer cocktail? Then get ready to shake things up at IMBIBE, hosted by the Savour Food & Wine Festival. On Thursday, February 1, 2018 from 7pm-9:30pm, the Lord Nelson Hotel will be the place to indulge for a night of cocktails, hors d’oevres and music.
One of Halifax’s most popular culinary/mixology events, IMBIBE celebrates Halifax cocktail culture and showcases skilled mixologists that have made this city and its bar scene thrive. The NSLC will welcome thirsty guests alongside over 25 local bars and restaurants, including Field Guide, Gio, The Bitter End, The Middle Spoon, Agricola Street Brasserie and Lion & Bright.
Top mixologists will be recognized through two awards: the People’s Choice Award and the Best in Show Cocktail Prize. The People’s Choice will go to the most popular cocktail of the night while a three-person judging panel will select the Best in Show through a blind taste test.
