What’s Open:

  • The Museum
  • Egyptian Mummies and Eternal Life exhibit (included in price of museum admission)
  • NOTE: The Museum Gift Shop is currently closed but select items are available. Please ask staff for assistance.
  • We are limiting our use of interactives. We have removed our sandbox and are limiting access to out Gully Ship. While areas may open as we progress there will be a number of Museum favourites that will not be available.


Good to Know:

  • Visitors will Enter via the backyard and in the Main doors and exit via the Lower level. Please look for directional signs.
  • While we will accept cash, contactless but debit or credit card is prefered.
  • Our public washrooms will be restricted to one individual or family at a time.
  • No food or beverage in the Museum. Water bottles are permitted.

ParkingIn addition to the Museum's parking lot, there are numerous parking meters surrounding the Museum and additional parking in parkade at the QE II Health Science Centre, Robie Street entrance.
