About This Experience

Bring all the pizza fixings to cook in a large outdoor wood-fired oven and make a picnic/afternoon of it! 

Located in the picturesque Dartmouth Commons, this unique outdoor pizza oven is open to anyone in the public to use whenever it’s open!

Public open ovens are held every Thursday and Saturday from June 3 – August 31.

Want to make a booking?

  • Weekdays: 12:00 pm* and 6:00 pm each day (*Except Thursday which is only at 6:00 pm)
  • Saturdays: 3:30 pm and 6:00 pm
  • Sundays: 12:00 pm, 2:30 pm, and 5:00 pm

LOCAL TIP:  If you don’t have time to make your own fixings, stop by Stone Pizza at 71 Alderney Drive, where you can buy an unbaked pizza at a discount.  Prices range from about $4 to $8.

Food suggestion Pizzas are popular, as they can be assembled and baked quickly on site.
Volunteer Volunteers are always on hand to walk you through the process.
