Lindsay Misiner & The 7th Mystic | 7:00pm Lindsay Misiner & the 7th Mystic is a 9 piece, Halifax-based alternative Soul band featuring local singer-songwriter Lindsay Misiner. An eclectic group of musicians, hand picked by Lindsay for their undeniable talents and personalities, The 7th Mystic is a force like no other. Taking a 4 year long hiatus from 2017-2020, Lindsay Misiner & the 7th Mystic have recently reunited and have been making waves in the city of Halifax since their return. Together, their music will captivate you and open your mind to a new world of sound. Performing with you, not for you, the band carries a message of love, acceptance and of genuine feeling. Their sound and passion create a lasting impression on any audience, and offer an experience that any listener can relate to. This young band has so much ahead, as their talents, presence and determination will continue to carry them through to a successful music career in this city and beyond.

The Town Heroes | 8:00pm Whether a sweaty rock show or an intimate acoustic environment, The Town Heroes want you to be entertained. Born and raised in Inverness county, Mike Ryan and Bruce Gillis have played together for the past 10 years — touring the world, releasing 4 critically acclaimed albums and winning an array of industry awards. Anthemic choruses, 3-part harmonies, and tender falsettos highlight their catchy yet thoughtful songs.

Musically, the band blends their 90’s alt-rock influences with singer-songwriter stylings in the vein of Neil Young or Ryan Adams. Lyrically, at the root of every song is a passionate exploration of the things that make us all human. Whether good or bad, they’re the things that make us who we are: heartache, longing, society in the modern age, dreams and family.
