Alan Syliboy was born and raised in Truro and lives at Millbrook First Nation. He looks to the indigenous Mi’kmaq petroglyph (rock drawing) tradition for inspiration, and developed his own artistic vocabulary out of those forms. The show consists of songs, spoken word and stories accompanied by multi-media art film and live performance.

Join us for Week #4 of live music on the Grand Oasis Stage at Grand Parade with the Halifax Jazz Festival!

We encourage you to come on down with your group of friends and family to enjoy this space TOGETHER! Please remember to respect fellow guests and remain socially distanced. Patio furniture and blanket space will be limited but feel free to bring your own chair.
