19th Annual Northern Lights Lantern Festival

We’re happy to announce the 19th Annual Northern Lights Lantern Festival is returning on Saturday, August 6, 2022 from 5:30-9:30pm at Merv Sullivan Park (the Pit), Halifax, NS.

Connect with friends old and new for a fun, free event with the whole family.

The festival is a celebration of the vibrancy and diversity of Halifax’s North End. It’s a community festival in the truest sense where everyone is welcome. There is no charge for admission, BBQ or activities.

-Live Music on the Berrigan Devoe Real Estate Group Main Stage
-Firework Finale

Live music is played from the main stage throughout the festival and the night is capped off with our parade of lanterns and a wonderful fireworks display. It’s a great way to celebrate the North End as a community. So, call your friends, grab the family or come on your own.
