Elizabeth Fougere, RMT & Self Care Shop
Elizabeth has been a Registered Massage Therapist since 2019, graduating from ICT Northumberland College’s 2200hr Massage Therapy program in Halifax, Nova Scotia.
She treats a variety of acute to chronic conditions. Some examples of the conditions she can treat are postural strains, sprains, overwork injuries, and neurological disorders. Motor Vehicle Accidents and Workplace accidents. She also has a Self Care Shop and carry’s Natural and Organic Self Care Products and Orthopedic Supplies.
Elizabeth has an accredited Rainbow Registered Business, which is recognized as a “Safe Space” for members of the 2SLGBQTI+ community.
