June 1 – Opening Weekend at Last Laugh Comedy Club

June 2 – Cold Waters Seafood Festival

Memory Lane Heritage Village, Lake Charlotte, NS

Head to the Eastern Shore to sample some of the freshest seafood our province has to offer during the Eastern Shore Cold Waters Seafood Festival, taking place June 2-3, 2018.

Once you’ve had your fill of clams, mussels, lobster, fishcakes, chowder, and more, check out the many activities including photo booths, dory rides, and buoy painting.

June 5 – Plan a shopping trip to Halifax!

June is Fashion Month in Halifax, and Discover Halifax has partnered with major local shopping centres for the entire summer, to create some INCREDIBLE discounts just for out-of-town shoppers!

If you’re a non-HRM resident (with a valid ID), you can fill out the online form with your non-HRM postal code to access the downloadable/printable offer booklet filled with deals and discounts at various retailers at Dartmouth CrossingHalifax Shopping Centre and Mic Mac Mall.

June 6 – Mamma Mia Singalong Show at Neptune Theatre

June 11 – Join Paddle Night at St. Mary’s Boat Club

Every Monday and Wednesday from June 1–September 30, St. Mary’s Boat Club hosts a paddle night on the Halifax Arm. Get out of your regular routine and join a paddle around the Northwest Arm for just $15.
